Was unable to get set up program to run on one computer, but this was resolved by downloading and installing on another. Setup was then quick, program updated, info from last year's filing easily input and using simple on screen instructions our taxes, both federal and state, were then completed in under an hour.
Have been using this firm's tax software for many years and couldn't be happier with it.
