I was overcharged more than double for this year’s software. I had been on auto renewal for years, but not after this ! Great way to lose long time customers! I want my auto renewal cancelled!!

Continuous IRS rejection. Had to mail return.

Could not file online due to a continuous IRS rejection. The pin required to file online did not match any IRS record. Last year it was a 6-digit pin, which did not fit in a 5-digit box this year. I tried to delete it, but your software would not let me send without entering a 5-digit pin number. A total waste of money. I had to mail my return. Going back to Turbo Tax next year.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
