bought the deluxe w/ state, and still had to pay extra to do my state. Feels like a rip off to me.
Cons: Time consuming

I've used H&R Block software for years. Never h any problems. This year was the quickest yet. After 4 days my bank said my funds were available. Didn't get to check my refund status on the IRS website. Extremely pleased.

For the past 2 years I have had issues when updating the software and have had to call and the state did not give me 1 free filing

Been using H&R since it was TAX CUT & only sold to accountants. I was doing computer repairs for accountant and had to learn Tax Cut program to verify that computer was repaired!!!
