Still lacking key capabilities / no improvements

Been using this product for years and have not seen improvements to import common financial forms from more institutions. Hard to tell if this is a product or institution issue. All I know is had to type in financial firm address on 6 different 1099-R forms from Fidelity workplace benefits. And then when trying to e-file, came back with multiple issues that were not flagged during program's audit. And every time there is program update, requires a reboot of my computer to complete the update.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using his product and its' predecessor for probably 30 years. It has met my needs until this year when it no longer provided the easy ability to input dividends from Treasury obligations when divident information is downloaded from the source.
