After my tax preparer retired years ago and assured me I could do this on my own, I've been using H&R Block Software for years now and find it simple to use. I also love that it retains information from the previous year's filing and allows up to five Federal returns, which has been good for family members.

Software continues to increase in price each year. It's ease of use is great but don't appreciate the cost. I also noticed that for the Missouri State Return, the checklist has one address to send in your tax paperwork and the form itself has two others. Those addresses should be identical so there is a little confusion there.

For the second year in a row I can't get this software to properly print my returns. No matter what I do, it won't properly scale for a normal page. Why is this so hard? Why can't they just add a "save as PDF" option to the software?
