I have used this program (including it's predecessor - Tax Cut) since 1990. It is consistently intuitive and easy to use. The accuracy is such that I have never been audited at either Federal or State levels.

Software update process from inside program was broken until about Feb 1. Had to use website download to update. I've been using HRBlock for several years and this was the first time program update was broken. Software should not be released if not ready for use.

I’m good with the product. The only issue I have is all the emails and mailings advertise a higher price than I am willing to pay, so I always have to go somewhere else to purchase the product. Why not offer good prices for past customers? Seems simple.
