I bought this because they claim to get you the maximum refund possible. I had a friend review my taxes and they found another $400 plus dollars on my state that I can't find with this program. I know this is my first time using it, but it shouldn't be this hard to find a deduction or credit that you deserve. Not too happy with it right now.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
