Yur program is wonderfully 'user friendly' including those sections when I needed to have more clarification on an item. I really like how the explanation told me what not to put in certain sections, which was very helpful...

I have been using H&R for many years. Generally very happy with product. It is relatively easy to use, and I am particularly pleased with the step by step system they employ. Some of the word usage can occasionally be confusing, but that is likely the fault of the IRS rather than the program.

It got me through on time. Spent a horrendous couple of days looking for my standard deduction which was not used because I attempted to go the route of itemization. The routine for entering data for possible itemized return must have an error in it. Only way I got it to work properly was to eliminate every itemization entry. One erroneous yes created the problem.
