I have been using the H&R Block software for at least a decade. This year I got a disappointing surprise. This software no longer uploads information from Merrill Lynch. Do, I had to enter manually too much information. Next year, I will be using another tax software package.
Cons: Hard to import documents

After using it for Pennsylvania at the very end when hitting the send button a pop up says it needs a form that
gives a list of places that you worked at in the past year but they are both retired so for two years in a row i just sent a blank word file or it will not let you file this is inconvenient for it to block you for a paper that is not needed
