Overall program is good, but it has many quirks. When the program does it's "auto check" for errors, many of the items it considers errors are not. But it forces you to change numbers just to trick the program to work. In some places it asks too many questions, in other places it is no thorough enough asking questions. Adequate instructions are lacking in several places. All things considered, I may change to a different software package next year.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have used for many years without any issues. I thought I might have had an issue this year, and although the product is advertised as having support, I could not find a phone number anywhere. Also, had to buy a new computer a few years back and although the tax files were transferred to new computer, the program was not, and I could not access old tax files.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!
