I've used the H&R Deluxe software for many years and have always been delighted with it's ease of use but this year when I had to list my RMD things got crazy. The questions and the wording are horrible and I had to call in for support. The program works fine except for the wording of the questions on those couple of screens. The agent that helped me when I called in said I wasn't the first person she talked to with the exact same problem.
Pros: Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!
