I filed by mail last year and so I didn't have a PIN for last year's taxes. I tried multiple avenues to get help from Block and the IRS and could not get even remotely close to an answer, so I filed by mail again. At this point, why do I even buy tax software?
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

good except no taxes on overtime. I had 14 hours of overtime and I didn't see any increase iin my tax return and I put it down on my return

Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

This tax software could be 5 star if:
1. input tax info from TurboTax . The software claimed it can,but didn't work for me and my family.
2. The PC desktop version is not very accessible for the blind who uses screen read software on PC or Mac. The Mac desktop version is much better although it is not 100% accessible.
