When I printed my return for my records, you xx out my bank account number (good) but left my social security number visible in numerous places. So unsafe!
Even though I filed with you last year, none of my prior year numbers were available for a year to year review. My return was prepared with you but the irs rejected it because my car dealership didnt file necessary papers. Still, the return should have been able to be returned.
Compared to Turbo tax, your explanations of instructions were very minimal and often didnt explain well
My senior return is very basic with interest, dividends, retirement income and a standard deduction. It shouldn't have been as difficult as it was to complete using your system.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Software functions well. The only problem is the handling of the K-1 Forms. Apparently the software is unable to fill them correctly and then errors are found and no explanation how to fix them. I used the deluxe version.
