I've been using your software a looking time, seems like decades!, I like the way it takes you through everything you need and makes it easy to understand. There are a few hiccups along the way, but the software straightens them out!
It's great! I also liked the ability to go into my local office for a "second look" and am very disappointed to find out last year, you discontinued it! We always went to Karen Tulley and she was always Fantastic in explaining any concerns we had! She is the reason I will always use your software..

I've used H&R Block software for more than 10 years. I prefer to download it onto my computer, which allows me more flexibility in reviewing input and selection worksheets.
The 2024 edition has added a quick and easy way to include information about taxpayers' pre-taxed contributions to IRAs.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

The only issue I had was starting at the beginning. It wasn't clear how to insert last years info ex: names, address etc. once I got beyond that point everything worked great.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I had problems with the AGI data from 2023. I had a problem last year with a number and could not get rid of it so dd not use ot and send it in. I started to re-enter data and sent it in. This year the 2023 AGI from the first attempt was used and my 2024 was rejected for the wrong AGI. I could not figure out how to change the AGI without deleting the first 2023 attempt and redoing a new 2024 compete tax form. Need to assure data sent to IRS is used the next year rather than a discarded file!
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming
