good software, poor help support

Software worked as expected, but was disapointed when I needed help with importing a document. Help desk was of no assistance.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

I have use H&R software for several years and have found that it very easy to use. My tax return is not a complex one, I have only the standard deduction, but find your program the best.

I have been using H&R Block Software for years. It is easy to use and is accurate. The only issue I have is that I paid for the Deluxe + State and needed to buy a second and third state because my kids went off to college and the price to buy each additional state is more than I paid for the Deluxe + State in the first place? Shouldn't it be a discount for buying additional states instead of more than the initial investment? This didn't make sense to me. Ultimately, I did not purchase the other states and will be filling them out on paper and mailing them in.
