I have used H&R Block for many years. Had a little trouble this year but got through it and filed. Maybe the fact that I am getting older,86 this year. I have always gotten a refund from the state but not this year.I may have made a mistake but I with just live with it ,it normally is $600 dollars and it I couldn't find where but I am happy I just got it done and accepted.

I purchase and use this product every year and continue to be quite satisfied with its performance. Each year there is new upgrades and new tools while being current with tax return preparation requirements. Some features I find useful and some I don't but is good to see that H&R continues to explore ways to make the program better for everyone. Some years my tax return preparation has been more difficult than others and the H&R program has always been a benefit. Will most likely purchase the updated program next year, even has my tax return requirements lessen.

I have been using this product for almost 30 years, started back when it was TaxCut. I have always been pleased with the software. It is very easy to use and by using it you learn so much about how federal and state taxes are implemented. Actually had a CPA review one of my returns several years ago to see if he could do a better job, and to my surprise, he said he could not. I would like to see the price of the product held down. It has increased significantly over the last few years.

Unable to import last years information from computer and I used your software. Software quit working this year fortunately after I had filed and printed everything. Last years state filing was incorrect, again fortunately a state agent corrected it and I got a much larger refund. I will be looking to use a different way to do my taxes next year after using your software for many years
