Great program. Easy to use. Could be less expensive for basic folks taking the standard deduction. Don't like that I have to pay to eFile my state return At least one efile should be included.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

It worked, but getting it via the download versus a hard drive copy, is a pain. Have had an issue with the confirmation code each year and have to call to get a NEW one.

I have been using the software for years, which saves time as many of the fields are already populated with data. The program itself is pretty straight forward and helps save time with ongoing checks. I no longer need to itemize, but it is still nice to go through the process to see if any tax law changes.
I agree to the terms and conditions - if only by "Name" what you are listing is the below "Nickname". While your product is pretty clear, your survey terms needs work.

I shouldn't have to open last year's return to find and enter depreciation style and amounts and other continuation items. It doesn't instill loyalty in me to continue using your program.

Buying this product was confusing, please make clear what you are buying, program download vs access to your online program. I wanted the download but first time trying I was led to the online. I am disappointed with the program from the size of what is visible, especially scroll bars to the lack of ease in moving around in the forms.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
