The tax program worked great, although I was filing married filing separate. The program wanted some additonal information before I could efile, but did not indicate what information was needed. I finally figured what was needed but highlighting the box that needed the information would have been helpful.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I like the product. The Efile is very useful. I wish I had known that part of efiling service included making your payment. Since I didnt know that prior to efiling I went to the IRS site to make payment.

We have used H&R Block for years and have not had a problem except for the last couple years. The software does not seem to handle everything regarding the flow through entity concept on the State of Michigan tax return
