Very good. It does what it is suppose to and I have fairly complicated return. Sometimes the questions take too much time, but they are thorough. Once the return is done, moving around the software to recheck items or fill in missing information is a little awkward. I think there should be a worksheet that shows the calculation of the tax amount.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

I have been using the "Deluxe plus State) version for many years (maybe 20?) and it has met my needs very well. Slightly disappointed this year - I needed the SSA Lump Sum calculation - but overall I have been very satisfied.

This year I had life changes that made my tax filing more complicated, but the H&R Block tax software handled it well. My only disappointment was trying to make a dependent change that wasn't as intuitive as I expected.

Disgusted that there's no Linux version. Appalled that they've officially dropped Windows 7 support. Irritated that I have to spin up a VM just to see my tax data. Used to be a big fan, not so much now.
