Works as intended. The only problem I had was in the final review where the program would not accept a zero entry on one line of the Social Security worksheet. I do not receive SS so the worksheet was irrelevant. The only way I could proceed was to delete the worksheet.

Because your software did not ask for banking information, my tax refund was delayed. The IRS now requires that refunds be sent directly to the bank. I had to go through several extra steps to set up the bank account directly with the IRS. Still have not received my $7000 refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I started with Turbo Tax. Used TT for 12 years in a row. TT Desktop only for Windows 11. I and 50 million others have Windows 10. TT online was worst software ever.So I got H&RB. Perfect. Easy to use. No snags. Start to filing both fed and state was 3 hours.
