PDF download from brokage house did NOT work.

I've used this software for years. This year the software was unable to download from Vanguard Brokage. I had to manually enter all the information. I spent hours with support and they ended up telling me to reboot. I'm concerned about accuracy and time and effort wasted.

Overall, I have been happy with H&R Block software for years. I will continue to use it far into the future. Found form 5695 info input confusing regarding energy credit with heat pump installation, but I worked through it.

I have been using H&R software since it was Kiplinger Tax Cut , It has always been the easiest to use and update data from each year and now with e-file it has become easier. Thanks for a software that has downloaded and updated and functioned with no glitches or lockups in all the years I have used it. The covid year update on the unemployment and extra funds update worked great and the resubmit to the IRS was so smooth. Thanks again for a extra fine product that I will continue to use until the end of my filing.
