I really like how easy it is to use. My only negative is how much it costs to purchase. I came from the era where we did our own paper income tax and so it does bother me to have to pay higher prices year after year.

I have used for many years and it's as easy as it can get. It pulls my last years return and all I have to do is update new figures. At the end it tells me which ones I need to check so see if I had ministered a number or any other mistake might have been made.After they thing everything is OK, the say it OK to file. I usually receive an excepted notice from the IRS in about three hours and my refund in 4-5 days. Have never had a problem in all the years I have used their program.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
