Easy to Follow Tax Program

I ordered this software a few months early to get the early sale price discount and saved it in my computer until I was ready to file my return. To my surprise, I was able to complete my taxes rather quickly. Although, I only had to call for help one time. Nathaniel directed me to the right person to solve my problem. For the most part, the instructions were easy to follow. Thank you H & R Block for calming my nerves and making me feel comfortable about filing my own taxes.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have usd H and R block software for years and will continue to. I do think that the software does a good general job in taking you Step-by-step through the process. I do feel there is room for some improvements. For example the improvement of links to federal explanations of possible forms and or reporting requirments. The general requirments as explained in the software is good but sometimes don't give you a clear enough picture. Why not provide additional links to more federal provided sites
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
