Rollover vs conversion confusion in filing return

I found the questioning concerning Roth IRA conversion to be a bit hard to follow. May have been the use of the terms conversion and rollover used in the questions and not explaining very well what a rollover was when clicking on it. I was taking it as being the same as a conversion which I eventually had to go check the web for definitions to figure out the difference between the two.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was not able to file my state return electronically because the Federal Schedule A needed to be included with my state return but the H&R Block software did not include it. I ended up having to mail a paper state return in so that I could include the necessary Federal Schedule A.

The navigation through the different sections on self employment (on the desktop program) are absolutely awful. It skips around like crazy, and a back button will not always take you to the last screen. It is infuriating to use this software for self employment taxes.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
