This is the third year we have used this product. I like how it imports information from the previous year to save us time when getting into the nitty gritty of completing our taxes.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

It downloaded my investment 1099s then locked up. I ended up having to input all the information manually.
The box for being a foreign was checked. I did not check it, but I could not uncheck. Had to start all,over with a new file.
