Highly inaccurate for deceased taxpayers. If a refund is due, the program insists on attaching Form 1310. But Form 1310 must NOT be used if a court-appointed personal representative is filing the tax return. See Part 1 item B. I submitted the return as set up by your program and the IRS rejected it because it included Form 1310. I removed Form 1310 from the return and your program would not let me submit it because it did not pass the error check. I finally printed the return, removed Form 1310 from the pile of forms, added the court certificate of appointment, and mailed it. We'll see what the IRS does with it this time!
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I'm disappointed that the tax program doesn't have a interview process for all tax items. Instead, it likes to direct you to enter your information directly onto the tax form.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

I usually have a good experience with H&R, but I was deployed, and then moved and needed to file in two states. Should not have been an issue, except that i moved to Hawaii, and according to the software Hawaii is not a State that you can select for part year residence. I had to pay for the state to get that information. No refund!!

Cons: Hard to import documents

This was fine for federal and state taxes. However, there wad no option for city taxes. This left me alone to figure out how to file my city taxes on my own.
