I had a problem when I sent my return. My credit card was charged and then I had to update my software before my return would send. I had to re-enter my credit card information again and thus, I was charged twice for sending my state return. WHY did you do this?

I have used H&R Block software for years and find it easy to use. I would like to suggest that instead of 5 free e-filings on federal we are given at least one free state filing when purchasing the Deluxe + State,

I have used H&R Block tax software for several years now. I am always confident it will be accurate and thorough. I also like it's ability to import data from the previous year's tax return. It saves a lot time and effort when preparing the current year's return. I will certainly use it again next year.

Glitch in software

Thought I'd try this software this year but wouldn't allow me to input w-2 info without wanting me to correct info that was correct. Egging prevents me from e-filing
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
