I have used TaxCut for more than thirty years. Always enjoyed the simplicity; especially now that so much of my financial data can be downloaded.
Only disappointment is being compelled to pay twice for state electronic file because initial submitted wasn’t excepted. Should have used digital signature the first time rather than AGI which ended up as not in agreement with what state expected
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

Some downsides:
1. Clunky user interface
2. K-1 support is weak
3. Deluxe state version should include filing cost

This my second year with H&R Block and it was much easier to navigate this year. I also appreciate that H7R program will still run on my old computer. I used to use TurboTax but they upgraded and I could not use it. H&R has stayed with us older users and it is great.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
