I am comfortable with the question & answer methodology of Block's tax program. I feel, although a lot of the questions have nothing to do with my tax situation, I am glad they include the questions to make SURE the topic has nothing to do with me -- it's a very thorough interview process, just like when I used to go to their offices to have my return done. Now I do it at home, with the same thoroughness, for a fraction of the price!

I bought this software after using a different product hoping it would be better. Unfortunately it was not nearly as good as the free software, 3 out of 5 returns worked out better using the free software.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
