We have been using your product for about 10 years. I am disappointed this year with Missouri state income tax. M husband and I are both non-residents and after answering all the questions there was a number that the app asked us to review. We reviewed it and could not file electronically because of that number. We were able to file electronically last year for our Missouri state income, but not this year. More help on the data information that was really more like an error would have been helpful and provided could have filed electronically.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I have been using this software for years. When I started I used the itemized deductions, now I just use the standard deduction. Still feel that the software is a good investment and will never go back to filing on paper again.

I had difficulty downloading and some technical issues and getting a real person was almost impossible. I have used H and R for years but this may be my last.

I wish there was not an additional efile fee for the state form. I am going to consider free options next year. I also saw two identical charges on my American Express account. I am guessing that one will be removed, but why did it happen in the first place?
The program works well, but sometimes the interface is frustrating. I want to make a check on an interest form, or something in an area that had been completed, and it can be an adventure figuring out how to go back to check or revise something.
I am keeping an open mind, but will investigate other alternatives next year.

This is the second year I’ve used this software after switching from TurboTax. The interview process is well designed and defines terms the user may not be familiar with. The import process is far superior to TurboTax. Even paying the filing fee was easier than with TurboTax. I’m glad I switched.
