missing questions re foreign renting income and deduction of renting expenses if the rental unit is located in other country--faulty penalty info and solutions to avoid it--some data must be entered on the forms directly not on the questioner? none of the bank doc could be imported not even the W2--all must be manually entered
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed. Several errors. No page to enter an electronic signature. I have two businesses - program assumed I must have a Medical Insurance plan for at least one. Have two vehicles expensed for the businesses, again assumed there should be depreciation, they have both been depreciated fully. The expense entries did not match up with the IRS Forms, which is the way my spreadsheets are set up. We will see if there is an audit for the submission not signed.

I am so impressed with your software. Very intuitive to use. I assisted my brother with his taxes recently and his tax situation is much more complex than mine. Imagine my surprise when your software handled their taxes like a champ! Bravo!

Have used HR Block for years. I find it easy and has good help materials for the more difficult topics. I import last year, go through the questions, bring up all forms used, double check, and efile my return. I used to have to do a state return as well but no longer. During the years when I did the state and federal worked well to pass info back and forth between the two.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

FILING AN AMENDED RETURN IS CONFUSING, AND INSTRUCTIONS IN SOFTWARE ARE NOT INTUITIVE.

Some language was a bit ambiguous and caused me to look elsewhere to understand what exactly was being asked or quantified. Product website said that software could do non-resident state form for Delaware, but after buying software I found it could not.
