I have been buying this software for the past years and this year had problems at first . I was getting back a large return which did not look right ?They did not Tax my pension ,unless this is correct.

I've used H&R Block for many years. It worked very well in the past so I decided to use it again for 2024 taxes. This year it would NOT read the .T23 file from last year so I had to type in everything. Name and address were easy but it took several additional hours to figure out how to fill out some of the forms and do some calculations myself. I will definitely consider other tax programs next year.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Paying for state elect filing is disappointing
on March 9, 2025

the software is easy to use and ours is a simple so i do my taxes in about an hour. I buy the deluxe + state but am always disappointed with the extra fee for filing state electronically. Especially when I get 5 fed electronic but only use 1.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Product functioned fine. I wish it would transfer basic info from the previous year. I entered an incorrect SS number so my first attempt was rejected.
