Have been using H&R block from the beginning. Seems to do the job accurately and for the most part simply. For the most part I do wish the State program e-file was included in the deluxe version. The program does an excellent job in user input, however, sometimes, the user is unsure about where the program is headed. All in all, I do recommend this program.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

I have used H&R block software for many years. Other than allowing me to submit my state's taxes it is wonderful. After running all of my federal error checks things are great. Once i submit my state income taxes I get error messages. There are very few differences. Just dont understand. This has happened for years, I have even tried to pay for it but still doesnt work. So, I go to the post office and mail it.
