I was disappointed in that I needed to remove a probable deduction in order to be eFile my state return. Supposedly the app did not support a form for the state and I'd have to paper file it, just like last year (75 pages+)
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

I use this product every year for 20+ years. It works well. You would think Block would offer a coupon or promo code for a discount to loyal returning customers but they DO NOT!
Next year I will compare prices to Turbo Tax since my loyalty has no value to Block.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Tax Prep was well organized. However, the Print process was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. For example, the printer controls revert to default with each attempt to print, Printing some forms (e.g. 1040-ES) necessitated printing large amounts of supporting documents.
