I've used this software for close to 10 years. I find it to be accurate and relatively easy to use. The only downside (for me) is navigating the software. As you proceed through the pages returning back to a specific section short of back paging a page at a time can be challenging.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Doing taxes was easy using H&R Block software. My only problem was getting them filed with State of NE because of investments. This has happened the last two years. Would love to have NE work this out with Block. Love the ease of using this program.

I use this software every year and love it. It’s easy to use and a lot of information carries over so you don’t have to re-enter everything. There are descriptions and explanations if you have questions.

I have used this program for years and have never had any issues. Works seamlessly. My whole family uses it. I have never tried any other tax preparation program but why bother when this works great!

I bought this software January 1 2025 I have used your software for several years but am disappointed that you are unable to fix the problem identified below.
On form 140PTC, you report income from my spouse. I do not have a spouse. The 1040 and 140 both handle my single status correctly. The 140PTC does not. I am unable to recommend your software if your software is unable to recognize my marital status. This caused problems with my Arizona return to receive a refund. You need to fix the problem. When I tried to send a review your software did not allow it to go through.
