Excellent product. Easy to use except for one small problem.
The section dealing calculating if your RMD was met confused me, using economics garbled jargon that was all Greek to me.
I stumbled through until I finally got something that looked correct.
Why don’t you make it simple by first asking in plain English:
How much were you supposed to take out.
How much did you take out.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

Overall the Federal experience was fine, however there were issues with updates that blocked the ability to file a State return directly from the software.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

I've been using this software and its predecessor since the 1990's. It's obviously works well. Once improvement I'd like to see is the option to purchase additional licenses from within the program. Hopefully at a reduced rate. So far, I have 4 children, 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and do most of their taxes for them.

A good basic structure & very fair price, but also needs lots of upgrade work. Customers need to be able to print ghe many useful screens that now cannot be printed.Directions need improvement. Many items need to be improved like failure to print the B & D schedules for state instesd of telling the cusiabout their doing it agterwards. Etc.Etc.
