I've been using this software for many years. This year I encountered, multiple times, errors when updating the Federal and State software. Had error 1152 - error extracting Update.msp to temp location. Haven't had this happen in the past.

Much better this year than last year. Fed and state e-file worked flawlessly this year. Last year was a nightmare. I was forced to print out and hand mail both my returns as the HBBlock system didnt work. Thanks for making this year (2024 return) much better.
