Had H&R Block software bug that locked up all my tax files - had to uninstall software, redownload and reenter data but still locked up second and third times. Finally, at the end of March the bug was fixed and could file my taxes.

I have used it for several years and have not been disappointed with the federal portion of the software.
The state portion particularly California leaves much to be desired. A customer must complete form 3801 two different ways and must manually pull data from work sheets to populate form 3801. It is a tedious process.
