We have been using your Deluxe plus State program for years. Never had an issue, you make it so easy and understandable. I especially like the way it forwards data from year to year. Plus the discount is a plus!!

The program is quite effective and accurate. Mostly easy to navigate except Form 8606 with charitable donations from IRA. Form 8606 seems to be available only through the Q&A system. The external download from my account holder is extremely difficult to access.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

Non cash contributions don’t work

I made 100% non cash contributions and the software converts it to a partial interest non cash contribution and the IRS keeps rejecting it HRB says to delete form and software will not allow it to be deleted
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall, this is the best tax prep software I've used. Relatively easy to use and intutive. I especially like that my return is stored on MY laptop, not in the "cloud" or some other server -- who knows who has access to these? Don't like the upcharge for efiling my state return though.
