I have been using this product for years to do my taxes. This year after I submitted both Federal and State, I was double charged for my Maryland State submission, after receiving the e-mails that my state submission was received, then accepted. I had to go after the duplicate charge. WHY did this happen?

I have used this software in past years but experienced more difficulty this year with things that should be easy, like printing vouchers for 2025 estimated taxes (I finally used the IRS and state websites). Arizona tax credits for money given to certain charities involves what is basically manual tracking of carry-over credits, outside lookup of qualifying charities. Cannot efile state return with a deceased spouse; I don't know if that's an issue either the state or the software.
