Worst experience with this software that I have been using for 20 years.
Would not download information from Fidelity or Discover.
When I tried to fiile would only give me efile (which) I did & not allow me to print my PDF copy for my records. Cost me many hours trying to figure it out.

Very Disappointing

I received a notice that my filing had been accepted. It was a couple weeks since the filing so I checked the status and was told I had not filed. The same thing happened for 2023 filing. Your messages are misleading. I had to go back and re-efile to get the return submitted. I tried to be so careful this year since I had the problem the previous year. It did not help.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The RMD section is difficult to understand. What is a "Window"? Thankfullly, the 2024 tax year printing of my return on a Mac worked without truncation of the lower portion. This has been a problem in the past.
