I was happy with your software until I just got a letter from the IRS saying that they DID NOT receive Form 1095-A! Why didn't you include this document, or marketplace worksheet with my e-filed return?? Is this new legislation? It's outrageous that you guys lobby to prevent free tax filing software, and then make a mistake like this....Please explain!

I have used this software for several years. Fairly clear interview process. I liked that I was able to import some of my documents!!

Everything works well but for one thing: The Schedule D program does not allow use of Code M. Thus, an individual (me) with several stock transactions, including one with a wash sale loss, is required to enter each separate transaction rather than entering totals and sending a copy of the 1099-B transactions to the IRS. I'll try Turbo Tax next year.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Your tax software assessed a $300 tax penalty because they claim I didn't make the necessary withdrawal from my retirement account. I did, but their program overrode my attempt to correct their mistake. I have used this software for over ten years... quoth the raven "nevermore."
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
