Generally comprehensive, but it still leaves out some important detail (how much of your vehicle registration can you claim, what portions f your property taxes should be excluded, etc.). Some additional details about why it is asking for certain details and the tax ramifications would be very helpful. Still ridiculous that it's an extra $20 to e-file state returns. The "planning" is a joke - I asked it to modifying my withholding and it asks you to enter a bunch of number guesses with no guidance based on all the data I've already given it. I might as well have made these guesses by myself. It gave no suggestions. Pointless.
Pros: Easy to import documents

Good program in general but has a notable error

You have an error in your program and when I tried to explain it in your support contact page, it wouldn't accept my message (maybe you don't accept certain text characters?) so after 3 tries I gave up. This error could cause significant problems for many of your users - you need to fix it! Also, I was surprised the you STILL don't have an import feature from Interactive Brokers, which is a heavily used stock brokerage exchange. As a result, I had to enter all of my trades on their exchange manually.
