Confusing RMD questions

Some of the questions are vague and no online help to assist me in understanding what needs to be entered. It was hard to get a person on the phone to help.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Been using your product and previous company you took over for over 20 years BUT I am considering a change to TURBO TAX because you do not coordinate with JP Morgan like they do. I can directly bring across my Brokerage accounts with little effort with them from a link on JP Morgan's tax document page, but not to you. And, you do not include them in your extensive list of companies except for one reference to their Fund which does not access their actual brokerage. This makes using you much harder.
