I rate your federal tax software as a 5, but I couldn’t give you a 5 overall because of the difficulty I had with my Alabama taxes. Specifically, in calculating the tax on my IRA distributions. I had to override every entry in Schedule RS. I hope you get this fixed for next year or I’ll be switching to TurboTax.

I have used HR Block for years. The program is easy to use. However, this year it was hard to find the downloads and to get the download. I felt like I was caught in a loop. Usually when I purchase any program, it is immediately ready for download. It was several days before I could get it done this year.
