Mostly fine. Does an overall good job from what I can tell. Would benefit from some more detailed information or explanation on some of the less well-known items. Would like to be able to see the numbers in the Tables heading each section (like TurboTax has) so you can easily see which sections are completed and which are still blank.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall, I think the software is easy to use. I do not like the fact that when I printed the final “for filing” tax forms, many forms which are zeroed filled are printed. This happened for the 2024 tax year returns also. This is a waste of paper and my time. Also, as a returning user, I normally get an email with a discount notice. I did not receive a discounted price this year.

A good product that compares favorably with TurboTax. It misses on its ability to handle K-1s. Its review feature also gave a misleading direction on the handling of insurance costs and deductions with respect to ACA subsidies. Overall, it was fine.

I used TT in the past and it was much more comprehensive and fun to work with. H&R program had all these quirks and required tedious work arounds… and I am not sure if I am done.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
