I like H&R in general, but I found that the software isn't as user intuitive as I think it could be. I had a terrible time getting to the filing part of the state program. It indicated 'press here' to print state, but it kept taking me back to the federal. Also, some of the "help" uses the same words in the help as in the area being helped, if that makes sense to you. The federal tax code is incomprehensible enough on it's own!
