I've used this product for probably 10 years and am generally satisfied. I would like to pick on one issue that caused a large error in my first cut...enough to go back and see what was so different from last year. I've had this problem before, but usually notice it quickly. On the w2 form entry box (and probably elsewhere) the pulldown windows (for example "what does box 7 say") stays highlignted after I pick the right selection, so as I scroll away, this pulldown also scrolls and I end up with the wrong data in that box. It's too easy to do that and it should be fixed.

Overall the tax software works good, but why does some of the imported data not appear when uploaded. Specifically when I import Merrill stock trades, the software does not upload 1099-R information from the same account resulting in the need to file amended returns.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
