I have used H&R Block software for many years. This year was the most frustrating. It could not connect to my investment account and was very poor at the manual entry. I had to fill in several forms myself, making me question the value of the software. Later, as I made small corrections, the amounts to be refunded or paid fluctuated hundreds of dollars with no apparent reason.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

AI to do my taxes would be great! I can input my data daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly or every six months. Scan, copy, import, photo (proof of not altered documents imperative.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

It's a ittle buggy...I've been using it for years, so chances are I'm going to keep using it. Back in like 2013 I tired Tax act, it was horrible! In your software, it is difficult to navigate to certain pages and your help contexts aren't much help. I didn't try the AI feature this year so I can't comment on that...
