Not a fan of your "disappearing" the prior years' filed returns. Been a customer for 10 years. Also, when President Biden allowed OS to use a 3 year average for income, you could not seem to come with the form. Even though you had a FULL YEAR!

I have bought H&R block software for several years. I have found that I have a very difficult time finding where to enter certain info and your information "help" is sorely lacking! It only directs you to the main
topic. I wanted "go here->then go here->then go here". This causes a great deal of frustration on my part to the point that I don't think I will buy H&R next year!

On the good side, I'm *very* happy that your product can still run on Windows 10 (unlike that other, "intuitive" product). There is absolutely no reason that this can't run on windows 10, and I'm happy that you did not succumb to Microsoft's marketing jazz.
On the down side, The formatting of worksheets needs work, and several of the worksheets have likes that bleed over pages when printed. Also, unlike that other "intuitive" product, this does not generate the 1040-ES forms, leaving us to fend for ourselves (when necessary) with less-than-lucid instructions and a useless worksheet.
I would recommend this to a friend!
